Which day/date should I be selecting?

When you click on a product to view it, you will see a drop-down menu next to it with options for days of the week. When you are populating your cart, please ensure that you are selecting products from all the same day. You might notice that there are items that are not available every day of the week, either because they are sold out or because we won't be making them every day.

It is important that you follow our guidelines and only populate your cart with items from ONE day of the week. At checkout, you will be asked to select your pick up day. Your selection here should coincide with the day of the week that you selected for all your products.

 

What if I want items that are available on different days?

If you want Multigrain from Saturday, and Focaccia from Sunday (for example), please place two separate orders. Because of how our check-out process works, we need the date you select at check-out to match the day of the week that you selected for all the products in your cart. If you want items from two different days, simply place two different orders. 

When can I pick up?

You can pick up orders Wednesday through Sunday. Your pickup time will depend on what you order. In general, pastries and some types of bread are ready by the time we open at 9am. The last breads of the day are baked by 1pm. After you place your order, we will contact you with a pickup window.

 

 

 

What should I do if I can't pick up my bread? 

If you decide on the day of your pick-up that you do not want or need your order, we will not be able to process a refund or exchange. If possible, ask a friend or family member to pick it up on your behalf. We will donate any unclaimed products to the Parkdale Food Centre.

We may be able to process a refund within 24-48 hours of your purchase. If you change your mind shortly after you place your order, please email info@breadbyus.com to discuss a refund. We will call you or email you back with details on processing the refund. 

We reserve the right to adapt this policy.

When will you refresh inventory on the online shop?  

Inventory is updated every Monday at 9am. For the best selection of goods, please place your order as close to this time as possible.

Are there order deadlines?

Once our inventory is re-posted for the week, you will be able to purchase items until they are sold out, or until 2pm the day before pick-up (whichever comes first). For example, you can order for Friday until Thursday at 2pm.

Can my bread be sliced?

Yes, as long as your bread has fully cooled. If you want your bread sliced, please leave us a note at checkout. We will follow up with a pickup window.
